I am so glad that I got Chicken Quesadilla. It was crispy, warm and soft enough. Just perfectly cooked right. Bone in BBQ chicken wings were tasted good. Chicken Alfredo was good too. But at the end of the meal, I realized that there was couple pieces chicken were not cooked well done. The salmon was little burnt. Just can see by the picture My server was nice and professional. Even there were couple problems with the meal. I am still happy with the experience.

Tonight's experience at Applebee's was preluded by several mediocre to poor experiences at other Muncie restaurants, so our expectations were not high. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the overall good experience our dinner was this evening. Our quoted wait time was 15-20 minutes, but we were seated in 10. We also had friendly and personable host staff, which is rare around here. Our server was Zach, a young friendly server with a genuine smile. He took it upon himself to have our kids' entrees with our appetizer. This was great because by the time our food came out, our kids were content and no longer hungry. My wife and I both ordered the Bourbon Street Chciken and Shrimp. The chicken was moist and tasty. The sauce, along with the onions and mushrooms, had me stealing some of my child's fries just to soak up the last bit of savory goodness. It is about time we had a really good experience dining in Muncie!

Appetizers were a little cold and took a while to get as soon as appetizer came food followed. I had chicken and pasta meal was good but portion were smaller for the skillet dinners than expected. Pictured is steak and mashed potatoes skillet. Edit the manager William did contact me personally and want to make our experience better he reached out an offered us a gift card to return. Thank you for management staff at Applebee's we appreciate it.

Absolutely love this place, I've been coming here for years and it's been a 5 star experience with the food, service and atmosphere every. Single. Time. 100% would recommend this restaurant. Kylie was amazing and attentive server and made sure we were well taken care of!

Today I had lunch alone and I was serviced by the AMAZING STAFF AT THE BAR/ BAR TENDER. He was so amazing! Mr. Christian will be my go to whenever I come back on his shift! Allowing me to feel so comfortable during my experience, as he was so present with me. I really felt like a valued customer! I did not feel rushed nor like he just wanted to take my order and go on about his business and get back to work! He literally took his time to help me understand the menu and understand exactly what I was ordering along with giving me options of what would better suit my tastebuds! My food was amazing, my drink was amazing, his customer service was amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would lol. I will definitely be back and I hope it is always on his shift!!!

I went out with a friend to have some appetizers and a drink and received STELLAR service from Logan! He was attentive, beyond kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu’s contents. He informed us about some drink specials that we were not aware of, and recommended drinks that we loved. We truly appreciated his energy and are so grateful to him. We received our appetizers very quickly and they were delicious! We highly recommend the pick-three appetizer option. All in all, a lovely night. We definitely recommend Logan as a server if he’s available!

During this visit we received exceptional service from Logan! He provided us with lots of insight on the drinks available at the bar and the contents which make them up. He has extended knowledge of the drink menu! He was very polite, with a sense of humor. He wrote down our order and asked if we needed anything else. He also checked in often seeing if we needed new drinks. He brought the food out and checked on us a few minutes later. He is simply one of the best servers!

Took 35 min to get my food. Resturant was half full. Food was not hot at all. You could tell it sat in the window for a bit. It was obvious our server was new. But she was really trying. She always had a smile and was pleasant. Usually they are on top of it and fast. But overall was good.
